N°2 - Hôtel de ville - Mairie
En traversant la Grand-Rue en direction de l’ouest, à la sortie de l’ancien portail Neuf, se dresse l’actuel Hôtel de ville.
Érigé en 1852, le bâtiment abritait la mairie et l’école communale de garçons, jusqu’à la création du groupe scolaire André Julien (1952). Aujourd'hui, l'Hôtel de ville est composé de deux bâtiments (mairie et mairie annexe : ancienne maison Benistan acquise en 1993 sous l'ancien maire René Michel), ils sont séparés par l’ancienne cour de récréation, aujourd’hui fermée par un imposant portail provenant de la maison Bouvier.
Faisant face à la mairie, se dresse le parc Meynot (N°23), propriété de la commune depuis 1889, suite au don d’Adolphe Meynot.

Crossing the Grand-Rue towards the west, at the exit of the old gate “Neuf”, stands the current Town Hall. Erected in 1852, the building housed the municipal school for boys, until the creation of the André Julien school group (1952). Today, the City Hall is composed of two buildings (town hall and adjoining town hall : former Benistan house acquired in 1993 under the former mayor René Michel), they are separated by the former playground, today closed by an imposing gate from the Bouvier house.Facing the town hall, stands the Parc Meynot (23), property of the town since 1889.
